Kollaborate is integrated into the Alfonsín Digital Lab infrastructure, so our clients can use it with no capacity limits and immediate access to the content generated by our services.
Files are uploaded and shared so clients can add feedback linked to specific moments in the video using TimeCode, by writing comments, drawing over the image or adding extra documents.
Those comments can also be imported and exported to editing software such as Final Cut, Premiere or Avid as markers synchronized with the timeline TimeCode.
Create sophisticated approval workflows and trigger actions when specific events occur, without manual intervention.
You can configure automatic actions after events such as approval, file playback or task completion: tagging, moving files, sending links and more.
Control who has access through permissions and departments, assign tasks to users and organize files with tags and smart search, all in one place.
Receive email or in-platform alerts about recent changes, who viewed a file and when, plus viewing statistics for shared links.
iPad apps
Kollaborate offers native iOS apps optimized for iPad, while also working on any Apple device that can install the app.
They can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and used free of charge when connected to our Kollaborate server with a registered user.
Play cloud videos from the Kollaborate platform wherever you are and add comments.
Free use is limited to cloud playback with a registered user; local device playback is not included.
Take live cloud notes with timecode synchronized to your editing software.
